Order Processing

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be canceled once placed.
Once delivered, you may contact support to initiate a return if eligible.

Priority & Insured Shipping

If Priority + Insured Shipping is selected:

• Lost packages may be reshipped or refunded

Orders with Free Shipping or Priority Processing will be reshipped if lost in transit.

Lost or Incorrect Address

ASOO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If the error is ours, we will replace the order at no cost.

Customs & Duties

Customs fees are not covered. By ordering, you acknowledge international shipments may incur customs charges.
